International Service Office for the Healthcare Industry in Thuringia (ISGT)

We are the International Service Office for the Healthcare Industry in Thuringia and, as part of our funded project, we support people with nursing qualifications from Vietnam or India in finding work in the healthcare sector in Thuringia. We are also looking for young people who would like to start nursing training in our federal state of Thuringia.

Are you a skilled worker who would like to work in Thuringia? Or would you like to start your training here? Please feel free to contact us!

Are you a company or institution and interested in co-operating with us? We look forward to exchanging ideas with you!

Our project stands for the fair and reliable placement of skilled workers and trainees from abroad. The focus of our work is on Vietnam and India. We are currently cooperating with a social welfare organisation in Thuringia that operates many care homes for the elderly, among other things, and we want the skilled workers who arrive to be given stable and socially acceptable jobs. We are not a temporary employment agency and do not earn any money from the placement.

Our tasks include providing information to people interested in working and living in Germany, as well as to employers. This includes providing all parties involved with transparent information throughout the entire process. We also organise the matching of applicants with future employers and provide support in preparing for departure and starting work.

Through close cooperation with other projects and network partners, skilled workers/trainees and employers receive comprehensive support from the initial expression of interest through preparation to arrival and settling in, both within and outside the company in Thuringia.

Here you will find the project description in German and English: Project presentation (pdf)

Laufzeit: 01.01.2026 – 31.12.2028

Supported by the Free State of Thuringia with funds from the European Social Fund Plus.
