The project aims to provide an accessible and always up-to-date digital overview of all important offers for immigrants at a glance. The colorful compass for Thuringia can digitally map the local structures and resources in Thuringia. Designed as a multilingual platform, it is a useful tool, not just for immigrants – e.g. as a business directory in consultations, as a contact point for initiatives or as a guide when working with immigrants.
The platform is intended to cover the entire spectrum of life for immigrant people and actors in this area.
A variety of categories structure the platform so that all users can find the right contact person in Thuringia for their questions and needs – be it questions about school, studies or training or the search for leisure activities. There are also special offers for families and women in addition to the topics of housing, health and learning languages. There is also the opportunity to network with the community via the migrant self-organizations category.
The categories “Socio-political training” and “Networking offers for actors” are also available especially for actors and multipliers in the migration sector.
The special thing about the platform is that institutions and actors have the opportunity to easily have their offers and dates listed and keep them up to date.
