Project goal:
The project “Paths into Nursing 3.0” aims to inspire people with migration experience to work in nursing and care professions in Thuringia in a more targeted and practice-oriented manner. In addition to the qualification as a care, service and nursing assistant in accordance with §§ 43b, 45a, 53b SGB XI, special emphasis is placed on making it easier for people without formal educational qualifications to access training. This is achieved through an aptitude test and appropriate preparatory measures that pave the way to training as a nursing assistant.
Who do we support?
We support immigrants who are seeking training or employment in the care sector in Germany.
This offer is free of charge.
