The ESF Plus funding program \u201cMY TURN \u2013 Women with migration experience get started\u201d (MY TURN) is intended to ensure that formally low-qualified women with migration experience who have an increased need for support participate in qualification measures to a greater extent than before and, as a result, sustainably take up employment subject to social insurance contributions or self-employment or begin vocational training. <\/p>\n<p>The project is being implemented as part of a joint project with the Thuringian Business Education Association, the Academy for Intercultural Education and Social Affairs, and the Prof. A. Hermann Kr\u00fcger Association (Kr\u00fcgerverein). The Institute for Vocational Training and Social Management is responsible for coordinating the project network and providing career advice for migrant women.<\/p>\n<p>The project network offers a wide range of options for migrants:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>information events on social and professional orientation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Empowerment workshops and workshop offers on the compatibility of family and work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>language coaching and language learning advice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Career advice, support with applications and job searches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Internship and socio-spatial excursions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>placement in qualification, training and work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>computer courses for acquiring and developing digital skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>6-month labor market-related qualification course<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The project Strong Together \u2013 Migrant Women Get Started began on 1 October 2022 and will run until 31 December 2027.
