The project framework comprises three levels: <\/p><ol><li>Knowledge transfer to strengthen social integration,<\/li><li>Empowerment against discrimination for positive reinforcement and<\/li><li>Opportunities to meet local residents in order to strengthen mutual acceptance.<\/li><\/ol><p>The target group will initially be supported in their social integration through knowledge transfer. Knowledge transfer will take place in two formats: low-threshold information events (in short: information events) and dialogue formats. <\/p><p>Information events are offered on the education system, healthcare system, labour market and career guidance. They usually consist of a 1.5- to 2-hour presentation followed by a question and answer session or the opportunity for more in-depth discussion.
