Program skierowany jest do os\u00f3b z zagranicznym dyplomem zawodowym lub uniwersyteckim albo z do\u015bwiadczeniem zawodowym, na przyk\u0142ad w piel\u0119gniarstwie lub innych zawodach medycznych. <\/p>\n<p>W ramach tego projektu uczestnicy poznaj\u0105 zasady funkcjonowania niemieckiego systemu opieki zdrowotnej. Poszerzaj\u0105 swoj\u0105 wiedz\u0119 zawodow\u0105 i \u0107wicz\u0105 wa\u017cne umiej\u0119tno\u015bci przydatne w codziennej pracy. Nale\u017c\u0105 do nich m.in. komunikacja, praca zespo\u0142owa, bezpiecze\u0144stwo pacjenta, aplikacje cyfrowe, szkolenia z zakresu rekrutacji oraz pierwsza pomoc.  <\/p>\n<p>Kursy podzielone s\u0105 na poszczeg\u00f3lne modu\u0142y i mog\u0105 by\u0107 dostosowane do potrzeb uczestnik\u00f3w. Dodatkowo oferujemy doradztwo, indywidualny coaching, praktyczne do\u015bwiadczenie oraz wsparcie w zakresie uznawania zagranicznych kwalifikacji.  <\/p>\n<p>KOM.gesund pomaga ludziom znale\u017a\u0107 dobr\u0105 prac\u0119 w sektorze opieki zdrowotnej i ustabilizowa\u0107 swoj\u0105 karier\u0119 zawodow\u0105 na d\u0142u\u017csz\u0105 met\u0119.
