Offers for businesses
We support companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, public institutions and vocational schools in Thuringia that employ international workers or are planning to do so. A particular focus is on the health and social services sector.
Our goal is to support organisations in developing an open, appreciative and sustainable culture of integration. To this end, we offer practical information, consulting and training services that are directly tailored to local needs.
The focus is on strengthening the decision-making and action-taking skills of employees, managers and those responsible for key issues relating to intercultural openness:
- Recruiting international workers
- Onboarding international workers
- Intercultural skills and cooperation
- Simple language in everyday working life
- Anti-discrimination in the workplace
- Skilled labour immigration and legal framework conditions
Our formats are flexible and tailored to your needs: initial consultations, workshops, training courses or digital offerings – as an organisation, you can choose what suits you best.
network coordination
We are your first point of contact if you have questions about skilled worker immigration and integration but are not yet sure which sub-project can best support you. Please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.
In addition to internal network tasks, we also represent the network externally, implement joint offers and are responsible for strategic development, interface management and joint public relations work.
